Amber Bird

Amber provides vocals and lyrics for Varnish. She is also currently handling the web sites and other non-musical aspects of the band. She has a background in acting and writing, but she always knew, even when she was fighting with the affects of childhood deafness, that music was where she belonged.

Jason Cope

Jason plays acoustic and electric guitar. Having seen the music industry up close from a young age, Jason provides an extra-discriminating ear. His sound as been described as clean, even when he's using distortion, and unique enough that it's hard to pin down his influences. This allows Varnish to make songs that have a range of sounds even whilst being a coherent catalog.

aNdi plays drums. An eclectic music collection, originality, style, and creativity are her passion. She is the epitome of a rock 'n' roll drummer. Also the drummer/backing vox for The Sound of Speed, another band worth a listen.
